EPS - (Expanded Polystyrene)

Generally used in block and brace applications or where insulation properties are required. Also good in applications for display items or where floatation is required. EPS can be contour cut to any shape. Available in .75 to 3 lbs. per cubic ft densities and in Regular or Antistatic. Block sizes available up to 40” x 48” x 16’.

PE - (Extruded Polyethylene)

Generally used for end caps or case inserts. Excellent performance for repeated drops. Great choice for returnable packaging applications or for heavy fragile cargo. Can be easily die cut to shape with minimal tooling. Available in 1.2 to 9 lbs. per cubic foot densities. Available in blue, white, black or pink antistatic. Largest sheet size is 3” x 48” x 108”.

Polylam - (Laminated Polyethylene)

Many of the same properties of PE above, but constructed in 1/2” laminations. These laminations help Polylam perform comparably to extruded PE, but at a lower cost.

Excellent performance for repeated drops. Great choice for returnable packaging applications or for heavy fragile cargo. Available in 1.2 to 2.2 lbs. per cubic foot densities. Available in mint green, white or pink antistatic. Available in 48” x 108” sheets from 1” to 4” thick.

Flexible Urethane

Soft, spongy material most ideally suited for lightweight, fragile parts. It’s non-abrasive properties make Urethane a great choice where packaging will contact finished surfaces. Urethane is typically die cut or water jet cut to shape, but can also be convoluted to any peak height up to 2”. Available in 1 to 2 lbs. per cubic foot densities and varying IFD’s. Available in natural or gray. Custom colors available in higher quantities. Available in sizes up to 82” x 54” x 39”.

Polyethylene Roll Stock

This Extruded PE product is well suited for wrapping easily scratched or delicate surfaces. Roll stock can also be used in conjunction with EPS to provide an economical scratch resistant pack. Available in 1.7 or 2.2 lbs. per cubic foot densities. Available in white, black, mint green or pink antistatic. Available in sizes in 1/32”, 1/16”, 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4” 3/8”, and 1/2” thickness on 48” to 72” wide rolls.

Cross-Linked Polyethylene

Cross-linked Polyethylene has similar packaging properties as PE Foam but offers a smooth feel providing additional abrasion resistance and water repellence. It is available in a variety of colors and the surface is printable for applications in health care products, specialty packaging, flotation devices, and sporting goods.
