Progressive Packaging truly is a family business in every regard. Brian and Anna founded the business back in 1997 when Brian decided it was time to move on from the large corporate environment of his earlier career. His son Scott helped them to build and buy all the equipment to fill the shop and get all the processes and procedures in place. This is truly a family business spanning 3 generations. Brian and Anna have been married for 48 years and it shows in the way they run their business. They don't always agree but that is what makes them strong. They challenge each other to think in new ways and explore new ideas. Brian's outgoing personality and tendency to take risks coupled with Anna's attention to detail and conservative nature create the perfect balance for this business. Alicia and Adam were married in August of 2010 and she is Brian and Anna's granddaughter. Alicia has been working for her grandparents for 8 years. She started as a summer employee in high school and continued working there throughout college. She graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2009 and now works at Progressive Packaging full time. When Adam and Alicia starting dating Adam volunteered to come help out for a couple days and has been working part-time for Progressive Packing ever since. Adam and Alicia bring a unique and fresh perspective to this business. Scott continues to support the business on evenings and weekends as needed assisting with packaging design and testing as well as IT support for all the computers and CNC equipment.
