About The Team

Brian LaCourse

Brian has been in the packaging business for over 45 years. He has worked with just about every form of interior packaging there is, but primarily focuses on foam packaging.  He has a manufacturing and design background and has established and run packaging plants in 6 states throughout the U.S. He has traveled the United States and Asia to search for the best materials and learn the most efficient processes.  His vast knowledge, along with his outgoing personality has earned him the title of "Foam Doctor" by his peers in the industry. He established Progressive Packaging in 1997 and is the company's President. He manages the day to day plant operations as well as all sales and quoting for the company.

Anna LaCourse

Anna is the Vice-President of Progressive Packaging and has been in the foam packaging business since the company began in 1997.  She manages the office by handling purchase orders, ordering supplies, taking phone calls, and doing countless other tasks to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Scott LaCourse

Scott grew up with his dad in the packaging industry. In his younger years, he would spend his Saturdays with dad in the shop building airplanes while dad did the real work. When Scott got older, his first job was doing cleaning and janitorial work in the shop. He worked his way up through the ranks, first as a general fabricator, then as CAD drafter, CNC operator, Design Engineer and Plant Supervisor. Eventually Scott was chosen by upper management of his previous employer to open a brand foam fabricating shop in Georgia as the Operations Manager where he successfully established and grew a shop of his own. At Progressive Packaging, Scott built and continues to maintain the unique machinery that makes the business successful. Scott has a full time job as an IT Director elsewhere by day, but keeps close ties with the business in the evenings and weekends.

Adam Clark

Adam has a bachelor of business administration degree from UW-Whitewater and works part time at Progressive Packaging.  He assists with deliveries and fabrication when needed.

Alicia Clark

Alicia has been working for Progressive Packaging since 2003. Her main job is fabricator of foam packaging, but she helps with a variety of tasks.   Her organizational skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities are essential to the success of the company.

Winnie LaCourse

Winnie is the "Top Dog" around here. When you finally get around to coming out to Footville to visit our factory you will no doubt be greeted by Winnie. She'll be happy to see you, but don't be fooled.  She keeps everyone on the straight and narrow and keeps production on schedule!
